Dr. Valentine Williams, DVM, MS, DACVS (Equine), is a multidisciplinary veterinarian with extensive leadership experience in animal health across pharmaceutical and stem cell therapeutics. She joined Gallant in 2023 and serves as Senior Vice President of Clinical Development and Strategy.
Dr. Williams has held leadership roles at Boehringer Ingelheim Animal Health, Fort Dodge Animal Health, Ceva Animal Health, and Kindred Biosciences. She has led global teams across clinical development, regulatory affairs, pharmacovigilance, and veterinary services, with deep expertise in advancing novel therapeutics through FDA approval. She is committed to bringing innovative, disease-modifying therapies to market that improve outcomes and quality of life for animals and their families.
