We’re currently recruiting pet owners and veterinary professionals for a study of stem cell treatment in cats with feline chronic gingivostomatitis (FCGS).
FCGS is a painful condition of the mouth that occurs in up to 10% of cats. Seventy percent of cats respond to full or partial mouth extraction. However, 30% don’t respond and are left with no option. Gallant is conducting a clinical trial evaluating the effectiveness of stem cell therapy in cats suffering from this condition.
If your cat has been diagnosed with FCGS or is showing signs, you may be eligible to participate in our study. To learn more about the study and about FCGS, visit our FCGS pet owner page.
Feline Chronic Gingivostomatitis
FCGS is a complex and chronic condition with no currently approved FDA treatment. Learn about the clinical signs, traditional treatments, and how we’re working toward a stem cell treatment for this debilitating disease.
